If you’re ordering from the UK:
VAT is included in the price.
What you see at checkout is what you pay.
No surprise customs fees.

🌍 International Orders (Outside the UK)
If you’re ordering from outside the UK:
We do not charge UK VAT on your order.
Prices shown at checkout exclude UK VAT.
Your country may apply local import taxes or customs fees.
Depending on where you live, you might be charged:
Import VAT
Customs duties
Handling / clearance fees
These are set by your country’s customs authorities — not by us — and are the responsibility of the customer.
We don’t control those charges and we don’t collect them.
Why This Happens
All Cloudcrest products are made to order and may ship from different fulfilment locations depending on stock and logistics.
That means your order could cross borders before reaching you, and local import rules apply.
If Customs Fees Aren’t Paid
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges:
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
Any return fees may be deducted from your refund
